Our Policies

Our Guarantee - If your not 100% satisfied with the quality of any TigerPak® product, call us within 30 days. We'll help you arrange for the return and provide a replacement, a credit to your account or a full refund.

Speedy Delivery - Most items are in stock and are ready to ship within 48 hours. We usually ship UPS ground. Heavy or oversized items are shipped by common carrier. When rush shipments are needed, air or other expedited methods are used for an additional fee.

Convenient Payment - We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, checks in advance and CODs. Or open up a Customer Account. Please provide us with one bank and three trade references. Our terms are net 30 days.

Pricing - Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change. Prior to processing your order, your customer service representative will notify you of any changes. For large quantity orders, please discuss pricing with your customer service representative when placing orders for quantities larger than those shown on this site.

Returns - If you need to return an item, call your TigerPak® customer service representative for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Minimum Order - There is a minimum order amount of $50.00.

Damage in Shipment - We try our best, but sometimes items are damaged in transit. Should you find any damages(s), please contact your TigerPak® customer service representative immediately. Transporting carriers are liable for damages only when damage is indicated on the bill of lading before you sign for the shipment. Open and check all deliveries for damage and check all deliveries for damage and note any problems, in writing, on the delivery receipt or freight bill. Be sure to have the delivery person cosign. Keep all shipping and packaging materials and merchandise intact for inspection by the carrier. Hold all materials until the claim is resolved.
TigerPak is not responsible for shipping charges.

Custom Orders - Customizing is available on a wide range of TigerPak® products. Your customer service representative will work with you to tailor our products to best fit your specific requirements. Policies regarding approvals and returns on custom goods vary from our policies on stock items.
